う pronounced as お
Drew took up this topic in the last class. I answered that last う is pronounced as お anytime. I think I forgot to mention that the consonant preceding it must have the vowel お (o) in that case, which is actually written as /oo/. Also, there are cases like /aa/, /ii/, /uu/, and /ee/. We will talk about this on Thursday. So please look forward to it!
